The information scanned from this machine is then compiled to form a blueprint and downloaded to the computer bender.
CNC Computer Bent Lines.
The final step to the process is to have a computer bender that can read the computer files directly from the programming equipment above.
This bender is connected to the main computer and bends right from the computer files.
This is the newest state of the art bender which requires no hand programming or test samples.
This machine has a three head carriage which allows for different radius bends in the same part shape.
This feature ensures exact factory duplication!
