 Detailed Description

Two short add a leafs with new center bolts can be the ticket when only 2-2.5" of lift is desired.

The add a leaf is 2 3/8 inches wide in the center and flares to 2 1/2 inches wide on the end.

Add-a-leafs are designed to be used with stock leaf springs, not aftermarket springs with additional leafs or higher arch.

These add-a-leafs are commonly used in conjunction with rear lift blocks in a taller system to beef up the rear springs.

Remember that rear spring fatigue is common in older vehicles, especially SUV's and rigs used for hauling and towing.

These short add-a-leafs install toward the bottom of the spring pack.

Normally with short leafs, ride firmness is increased slightly more than it would be with long add-a-leafs.

Short leafs are slightly easier to install.

All kits include two single leafs and new tie-bolts.

Degree shims may be required to realign rear driveshaft angle on some vehicles if driveline vibration occurs.

Heavy, riveted-on factory spring clips can generally be reused.

NOTES:
Jeff's Bronco Graveyard strongly recommends using new U-bolts, nuts and washers with this installation.

These leafs are up to 1" thick in the middle.
