NOTE: We no longer have any cores to rebuild left. This price is for us to rebuild your transfer case. You will be responsible for shipping the core to us and for the shipping cost to get it back to you. Typically, it takes 1-2 weeks to rebuild and ship the case once we have it.

Does come with intermediate housing gasket.

Does NOT come with intermediate shaft or main drive gear.

Does NOT come with yokes.

Transfer case does not come painted

The Dana Model 20 is a two-speed, cast-iron, gear-driven transfer case.

Positions are: four-wheel low (4L), neutral (N), two-wheel drive high (2H) and four-wheel-drive high (4H).

This early model Dana 20 has a 2.46:1 low range ratio.
