Removing contaminants from any metal surface is the first step in ensuring proper preparation before using any rust treatment products.

3X:Chemistry Metal Prep combines a powerful flushing action with a high solvency formulation to remove brake fluid, grease, oil, wax and other contaminants on metal surfaces faster and easier than other non-chlorinated degreasers.

The aggressive formula evaporates quickly, leaving no film or ozone depleting CFCs.

3X:Chemistry Metal Prep is VOC compliant.

Also use for cleaning brake linings, drums, cylinder heads and most other metal parts fast.

Hold can 6 - 8 inches from surface to be cleaned. Aim sprayer at desired location and spray using a side-to-side motion. Allow solvent to remain in contact for at least 30 seconds, then wipe or air dry if needed.

Material such as plastics should be tested in a small spot prior to use.
